Dana has appeared before all levels of Court in British Columbia.  He has successfully argued Supreme Court Judge Alone Trials, Supreme Court Jury Trials and matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.  While seeking all reasonable opportunities to resolve claims short of Trial, Dana realizes that to obtain a fair settlement, each case has to be prepared to be argued at Trial.
